Fishing Weekend Cancellation Policy

  • Over 30 Days: Full Refund
  • 15-30 Days: 50% Refund
  • 14 Days or Less: No Refund

Please note: Cancellations must be received in writing to [email protected] 
Refunds will be processed within seven business days of the cancellation request.

1. Assumption of Risk

The Participant acknowledges and understands that beach fishing, camping, and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, drowning, or other accidents that may occur due to natural conditions, equipment failure, or the actions of others. The Participant willingly and voluntarily assumes all such risks.

2. Release and Waiver of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in activities organised by Roger’s Fishing, the Participant hereby agrees to release, waive, and discharge Roger’s Fishing, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur during or as a result of the Participant’s involvement in the beach fishing camp activities - unless such loss, damage or death occurs as a result of the negligent actions or omissions of Roger’s Fishing, its employees, servants or agents.

3. Indemnification

The Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Roger’s Fishing, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of the Participant’s participation in the camp, including any claims made by third parties as a result of the Participant’s actions or omissions except where such claim, loss, liability, damages, costs or expenses arises out of the negligent actions or omissions of Roger’s Fishing, its employees, servants or agents.

4. Medical Consent

In the event of injury or illness, the Participant authorises Roger’s Fishing to seek medical attention on the Participant’s behalf. The Participant agrees to be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result.

5. Compliance with Rules

The Participant agrees to follow all instructions, rules, and safety guidelines provided by Roger’s Fishing staff during the activities. Failure to do so may result in the termination of the Participant's involvement in the camp without refund.

6. Ownership of Video Content

All video content shot and produced by staff remains the exclusive property of Roger’s Fishing. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you affirm that Roger’s Fishing retains full rights to all video content shot and produced, including, but not limited to, copyright and distribution rights. Roger’s Fishing does not claim any ownership over your content. However, by uploading your content, you grant Roger’s Fishing a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, host, display, and distribute the video content as necessary for Roger’s Fishing services and promotional purposes.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia.

8. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By ticking the box, the Participant acknowledges that they have read the terms and conditions, fully understand its terms, and agree to be bound by its provisions.
